On 30 October last year, the Commercial Court of Saint Etienne ruled in favour of the Transalliance & Didier Darfeuille alliance’s takeover of Transports Peronnet (42 – Loire). The success of this deal rewards the enthusiasm and motivation of two men, Alexandre Michel and Didier Darfeuille, who worked with great intelligence in pooling their resources and skills to ensure their commitment to the new entity Peronnet Distribution in the long term. |
